About This Course
The SAARTHI 360° Audit & Governance program is more than a compliance check; it is a strategic overhaul of institutional DNA. It begins with the Saarthi Audit, a high-intensity diagnostic that analyzes seven domains, including Pedagogy, Phygital Assets, and Human Resources.
Once the baseline is established, the program guides leaders through the activation of the Helix Identity Framework. This bridges the physical campus with digital intelligence, providing every student and staff member with a "Digital Twin" or Sigil that tracks real-time evolution. Participants will learn to use the ViSE Pay interface to manage school finances and reward students with "Growth Credits" for grit and empathy. The program concludes with the awarding of a ViSE Platinum Band, certifying the institution as a official "Phygital Node" in the New Bharat.
