1. Acceptance of the Phygital Code
By accessing ivirth.com or interacting with any node of the iViRTH ecosystem—including but not limited to the iON network, SYMBI0N, and our phygital commons—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms function as a foundational contract between you (the "Node") and iViRTH. If you do not agree to this trifold balance of physical, digital, and symbolic governance, you must cease all interactions with the system immediately.

2. The Tri-Layer Identity (Vyakti, Twin, and Avatar)
iViRTH recognizes your identity as a continuum. By using our services, you acknowledge the creation and maintenance of your Phygital ID, which integrates your Vyakti (Physical Self), your Twin (Digital Mirror), and your Avatar (Symbolic Self). You are responsible for maintaining the synchrony and integrity of these identities. Unauthorized manipulation or "spoofing" of another citizen’s Twin is considered a major violation of the Phygital Code.

3. Use of Sahayaak and iON Modules
iViRTH provides personalized AI companions (iONs) and the Sahayaak interface to assist in navigating our "Matter × Memory × Mind" framework. These tools are designed to enhance human agency, not replace it. You agree to use these intelligent systems ethically and in alignment with the ViSE (Vital Indicators for Society Evolution) indices. AI modules must remain non-exploitative; any attempt to reverse-engineer or "jailbreak" iON protocols for unethical purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual and Symbolic Property
All symbolic systems, including Ekam Lipi, official glyphs, and the Vedashaktika Canon, are the intellectual property of iViRTH. While we encourage the use of these symbols for civic rituals and community communication, they must be used accurately and without distortion. The "Syaahi" publishing framework ensures that assets created within the ecosystem—such as phygital books and research journals—remain verified and protected under our symbolic governance.

5. The Artha Economy and Saathi Treasury
Financial interactions within iViRTH, managed via the Saathi Treasury, may involve Evolution Loans, character-based credits, and internal tokens (such as SEED). These are governed by your ViSE Growth Map and institutional health scores. By utilizing these services, you agree to a transparency-first model where your socio-economic contributions and "Seva" (service) logs influence your financial standing and eligibility within the treasury.

6. Regenerative and Technorganic Responsibility
In accordance with our Right of Water (ROW) and Soil Sovereignty (GROW) principles, users of iViRTH's physical "OnGrounds" spaces must adhere to regenerative urban laws. You agree to participate in the circular management of resources. Any action resulting in environmental harm or disruption of collective coherence (CH) will require participation in a restorative "Technorganic Cleanse" or symbolic rectification rather than traditional punitive measures.

7. Data Sovereignty and Privacy
iViRTH upholds the right to Identity Integrity. We utilize a transparent, tamper-proof ledger for civic actions, but your personal "Twin" logs and biometric data are encrypted and protected. iViRTH will never sell your data to third-party industrial entities. Access to your digital signatures or ritual spaces by any other node requires your explicit, phygital consent.

8. Amendments to the Master-Handbook
iViRTH is a living, evolving system. We reserve the right to amend these terms to reflect the growth of our phygital civilization. Major changes require a "Seal of Resonance"—a consensus-based approval process involving the House of Triveni and the Citizen Circle. Your continued evolution within the ecosystem following such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the Publika Law Book and the principles of Dharma-based governance. While we interface with the legal frameworks of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Govt. of India, all internal disputes are prioritized for resolution through the Samay Tribunal and restorative mediation before external escalation.
