We are seeking passionate and driven School Ambassadors to champion the MNDL K-12 Club Ecosystem within their local schools. MNDL is a Helix-linked ecosystem built around five elemental clubs—Vriksha (Earth/Trees), Jal (Water), Agni (Fire/Energy), Vayu (Air), and Shoonya (Space/Zero-point). As an Ambassador, you will spearhead student leadership initiatives, facilitate capstone projects, and integrate ViSE-style growth telemetry to track sustainable behaviors and community health.

About the Job

The MNDL School Ambassador is the bridge between the iViRTH MNDL platform and the K-12 school environment. You will be responsible for launching, nurturing, and expanding the five elemental clubs in your designated school. Your day-to-day will involve recruiting student leaders, organizing ecosystem-aligned events (e.g., sustainability drives, wellness workshops), and ensuring students are correctly utilizing the platform to track their conscious-growth metrics (such as the Quantum Development Index and Carbon Footprint Index). You will serve as the primary point of contact for school staff and help integrate MNDL’s badging and capstone programs into the school's extracurricular calendar.

Job Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (Education, Environmental Science, Communications, Social Work, or related fields preferred).

Minimum of 1 year of experience in student leadership, campus organizing, youth mentoring, or extracurricular program coordination.

Ability to commit 15–20 hours per week across the full academic school year.

Must successfully pass standard state/district background checks and child safety clearances (Live Scan/fingerprinting) required for school site entry.

High energy and comfort presenting to student assemblies, guiding workshop discussions, and pitching club initiatives to school principals and faculty advisors.

Demonstrated ability to plan, calendar, and execute student-led campus events, eco-drives, and inter-school hackathons/showcases.

Empathy, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills necessary to coach middle and high school student officers.

Working understanding of holistic sustainability models, conscious youth development, and project-based learning.

Comfort managing digital portals, onboarding students to community dashboards (Helix identity layer/ViSE trackers), and logging school-wide engagement metrics.

Proficiency with collaboration suites (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack/Discord, and virtual conferencing tools).
